Description
NORTON HEART & VASCULAR INSTITUTE, a part of Norton Healthcare located in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon to join its growing team. Our team of five board-certified and fellowship trained vascular surgeons, two advanced practice providers and two RN Navigators work closely with skilled specialists from cardiology, neurology, and radiology to evaluate and treat patients with vascular disease. This coordinated approach ensures that patients with vascular disease receive the most comprehensive and personal care.
Norton Heart & Vascular Institute’s vascular surgeons perform nearly 2,130 surgeries annually, including over 175 transcarotid artery revascularization, and endovascular aneurysm repair procedures. Norton Heart & Vascular Institute is accredited through the Vascular Quality Initiative.

It offers comprehensive cardiovascular care, including specialized programs for electrophysiology, structural heart defects, advanced cardiac imaging, cardiac critical care and advanced heart failure, including mechanical circulatory support and cardiac rehabilitation.

- Inpatient care at Norton Healthcare’s four adult-service hospitals in Louisville
- 11 clinic locations (five in Louisville and six outreach locations)
