Interventional Cardiology Opportunity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This position offers immediate access to a high-volume interventional cardiology practice with established referrals, advanced infrastructure, and leadership already in place. You will join a growing, procedure-driven group with direct access to cases and a defined path to partnership and ASC ownership, all in one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the region.

Practice Opportunity

• Established multispecialty group of 9 physicians, including 5 interventional cardiologists, 3 vascular surgeons, and 1 interventional radiologist
• Supported by 12 experienced APPs with strong referral alignment
• Busy practice with consistent interventional volume and broad procedural access
• Designed for long-term growth without the burden of building a practice from the ground up

Facilities & Resources

• Modern two-story clinic built for cardiovascular care
• On-site accredited ASC with two cath labs
• Advanced imaging, including cardiac PET/CT and nuclear stress testing
• Full rhythm monitoring and diagnostic support on-site

Schedule & Call

• Monday through Friday clinical schedule
• 1:5 STEMI call rotation shared among interventional cardiologists
• Predictable workweek that balances procedural volume with lifestyle sustainability
• Structure designed to support longevity in practice

Compensation & Ownership

• Guaranteed base salary of $550,000 with production bonus potential
• Partnership eligibility after two years
• ASC ownership opportunity with no buy-in required

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Oklahoma
• Structural experience welcomed but not required
• Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and long-term practice stability
